Under “My Profile", you can edit your personal details such as your name, location, school, graduation year, and email address. Remember, some of these settings, such as updating your location and graduation year, will impact what content you see on Level All, as we personalize your experience to make it as relevant to you as possible.
To manage your personal information on Level All, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account on https://app.levelall.com/signin.
Click on “Profile” on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the “My Profile” option under “Account.” This is where you can manage your personal information.
You can go directly to your profile, if you have already signed in, with the following link: https://app.levelall.com/settings/profile
You can also edit your password if you want to change it for security or convenience reasons. To do this, click on the “Edit Password” button and enter your current password, your new password, and then confirm your new password. Then, click on the “Save Changes” button to confirm. Your new password should be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
