Level All supports adding a second email address that can be used to log in to a single Level All account. This will help you maintain Level All access if your account is set up with a school-based email or any other email address that you may lose access to at some point.
To add a secondary email address to your account, follow these steps:
Log in to your account on https://app.levelall.com/signin.
Click the “Gear” icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Head over to your Profile Settings. You can go directly to your Profile Settings, if you have already signed in, with the following link: https://app.levelall.com/settings/profile
Select the Add Secondary Email button, enter another email address, and then select Save.
Open the inbox of this email address to verify your secondary email, following the instructions to set a password for this new login.
Please note: If you fail to verify the secondary email, the new email address will be removed from your account after 72 hours.
Once your secondary email is verified, you can also choose to make your secondary email your new primary email. To do this, return to your Profile Settings, select Edit, and then select Make this your primary email address. You also have the option to remove one email altogether.
