If you have received an email from “donotreply@post.levelall.com” with a subject line that says “ACTION REQUIRED: Activate your account with [Your Organization]”, then you have been invited by your organization to create your free Level All account.
Your invitation contains a personalized link that will tie your account to your organization and pre-fills some of your information for you. It makes the onboarding process faster and gives you access to Level All without any extra steps. You should not need to enter an onboarding code or payment information. If prompted for an onboarding code, check that the email address you entered during sign up is the same address that received the invitation.
To join Level All from an email invitation, follow these simple steps:
Open the email from “donotreply@post.levelall.com” and click the button labeled "Activate your free account!" to go to the sign up page.
On the sign up page, choose between using a Single Sign-On (SSO) method or setting a password that is at least 8 characters long and contains a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Fill in the required fields with your personal information.
Click on the “Continue” button to complete your account creation. You will be redirected to the Level All homepage, where you can jump right in.
That’s it! You have successfully joined Level All from an email invitation. The entire process should not take more than a few minutes, from clicking the button in your inbox to setting a password, filling in your information, and hitting continue.
