Troubleshooting: Content Not Loading (Images, Videos, and Embeds)
If the Level All platform loads but certain content (such as images, videos, or interactive elements) appears broken or missing, your organization's internet filter or content blocker may be preventing access to the third-party domains Level All uses to serve that content. This is common in school and district networks using tools like GoGuardian, Securly, Lightspeed, or Bark, as well as in organizations with corporate firewalls or proxy filters.
Ask your IT administrator to add the following domains to your allowlist or unblock list:
Images
Level All's images are served through Sanity, a content management system that delivers assets via its own CDN. Add the following domain:
*cdn.sanity.io*
Videos
Level All hosts videos through Vimeo and Mux. To allow embedded videos to play, add:
*.vimeo.com
*.vimeocdn.com
*.mux.com
Interactive Elements and Embeds
Level All embeds interactive visualizations through Flourish. Add:
*flo.uri.sh*
*public.flourish.studio*
How to add these to your allowlist
The exact steps will depend on your organization's filtering software. To find instructions, search for the name of your filtering tool followed by "allowlist domain" or "unblock domain" (For example, "GoGuardian allowlist domain" or "Lightspeed unblock domain"). Your filtering tool's help center should have a step-by-step guide. Share the domain list above with your IT administrator along with those instructions.
If content is still not loading after updating the allowlist, right-click the page in Chrome, select Inspect, and open the Console tab to identify any remaining blocked domains. Share those with your IT team or contact us at help@levelall.com.
