Students: How to access and complete your Next Step Plan

Learn how to find your Next Step Plan in Level All, work through each section, and submit your completed plan.

Overview

Your Next Step Plan is a personalized plan within Level All designed to help you think through your academic and career goals. Your advisor, counselor, or other school personnel will assign the plan to your account. Once assigned, you can access it directly within Level All, review the content, respond to questions throughout, and submit your completed plan.


Accessing Your Next Step Plan

There are two ways to get to your plan:

  • From your Level All homepage: Log in to Level All using your school email. On your homepage, look for the "My Plan" section beneath the "For You This Week" section at the top of the homepage. Your Next Step Plan will appear there if it has been assigned to your account.

  • From your email invitation: You also received an email invitation to complete your Next Step Plan. Click the link in that email, sign in with your school email if prompted, and you'll be taken directly to your plan.


Completing Your Next Step Plan

Your Next Step Plan includes information and questions tailored to your grade level and goals. To complete the plan, read through each section carefully, review the content provided, and respond to the questions throughout. Every question in the plan needs a response before the plan can be submitted.


Submitting Your Plan

Once you've responded to all questions in your plan, you'll be prompted to submit it. During submission, you will need to provide a parent or guardian email address. The email address is required. You'll also see an optional field for a phone number; this is not required, and it will not be used to contact your parent or guardian.

  • Submitted to the wrong parent/guardian email? Return to the final section of your plan to edit the email you sent the plan to.


Troubleshooting

If you don't see your Next Step Plan in the "My Plan" section, try these steps:

  • Verify your login. Make sure you are logged in with the correct school email associated with your Level All account.

  • Check with your advisor or counselor. Your plan may not have been assigned yet. Reach out to confirm that it's been added to your account.

If you're still having trouble, ask your advisor or counselor to contact newmexico@levelall.com with a detailed description of the problem and your email address.
